Come celebrate the most wonderful time of the year "in the Oaks" at New Orleans beautiful Botanical Gardens. As the holiday season is quickly approaching, City Park's annual holiday lights exhibit and festival returns with old favorites and new attractions. The extravagant exhibit still remains one of the best in the country, attracting more than 122,000 people last year. With admission to the park, you can explore the Botanical Gardens as well as go on rides at the children’s theme park, Storyland and Carousel Gardens, which features special holiday themed rides. On top of that, you can also go ice skating at the park's skating rink. The display opens on November 25th and will be open through January 1st. If you are looking to get into the holiday spirit, come experience this unique month-long celebration of lights.
